What do you value most in life? If someone asked you what 5 values in life were most important to you, what would you say?

Ethos is a tool designed to help you indentify what is most important to you. Backed by the Cognitive Behavioral exercise known as the "Value Card Sort", Ethos presents you with over 70 different values, and asks you to sort them in order of importance - not important, important, and very important. After you rate the values, all cards that are not considered very important are discarded. This is repeated until you are able to identify only 5 values that are very important to you.

By doing this exercise regularly you can identify and track what you value, and how those values change over time.
